    Could be a nice modern hotel but the staff is mostly quite obnoxious and (claimed) procedures very customer unfriendly

    I was here for the 4th time (not my choice), 4th week's stay. Unfriendly reception would not allow me to check in for the prepaid 5 nights without paying 250 US$ guarantee. Then I could not even use this to pay for breakfast. I was not allowed to check out at midnight for 4am departure "Check out only after delivering room key". There is one bottle of water for the entire stay, Coffee bags not replaced after 1st night. It could be a nice modern hotel if they learn to provide basic customer-friendly service. After 4 years I have seen ZERO improvement

    Hotel to avoid! Terrible reception and service! Moreover, when they acknowledge an overcharge, they don’t refund you! So in addition to providing extremely poor service, they are thieves! Legal action is underway.

    Mixed review - great rooftop bar but poor elsewhere

    The rooftop bar is amazing and great experience - but wouldn’t feel comfortable swimming there in bar setting in the early evening.Accommodation wise, rooms are smaller than average with comfortable bed; ridiculous situation of sink in tbe man room as opposed to bathroom which is totally inconvenient!! Just the most stupid set up I’ve eve seen!!!Food wise - the breakfast is lousy with poor selection of good quality food.- also you have to serve yourself with coffee 🤯 which is not great!Staff are lovely in the hotel but would rate the facilities as 3.5 stars - no more.Also, for a country where it is not confirmed where water is safe to drink for the tap/ (faucit for the Americans with silly alternative words ); you have to pay for water. Whilst minor, it undermines the standard and feel of the hotel.Shame, as good location on periphery of main restaurant and bars- a few corrections and this could almost be a 4 star location.

    Great location. Near to costanera shopping mall and parque arauco shopping mall. Right next to a metro station, very convenient. Oxxo convenient store 2 blocks away. Rooftop is nice, the food was amazing, the breakfast was amazing. I used the gym which could be better. While insidethe room I could not hear other rooms or people on the hallway which is great. The rooms are missing a full body mirror and better lighting.
