Location

This hotel is located in the heart of the district of Providencia right by Pedro de Valdivia metro station and close to the business centre, cultural attractions, and restaurant and pub areas (a 2-minute walk). Guests will find the central market and the Bella Vista district 3 km away and it is 4 km from the city centre of Santiago. The civic centre and tourist centre of the city are 5 km away.

Facility

31 rooms, including 2 suites, 16 single rooms and 12 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by a lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     My stay was unfortunately cut short due to a significant flight delay, which was disappointing because this is a beautiful hotel in what seemed to be a fantastic location. The room was very unique, and the shower was excellent. There was also a beautiful courtyard that added to the atmosphere of the property.Breakfast was excellent, and the communication from the concierge both before and during my flight delay was outstanding. Their helpfulness and responsiveness made a stressful day a little bit better.I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when I have more time to properly enjoy everything it has to offer.     A comfortable hotel but needs a rethink and refresh

    La Reve is without doubt the nicest hotel in the area and its high price point reflects this. First impressions from the outside with ivy trailing up the walls are good and the elegant tasteful public spaces inside are both calming and comfortable. Lots of sofas, sideboards with oriental ceramics and the familiar selection of left behind paperbacks and travel books. Our room was very comfortable with a good size shower linens and a good sized TV. It’s a great location near popular tourist sites and affluent housing with lots of good restraints and bars nearby. It feels though as if what the hotel offers has fallen into a manageable routine and could do with a refresh and an update. Breakfast is laid out on small tables in different areas. It’s an unremarkable standard selection of eggs meat cheese and cereal with fruit. Nothing that interesting. Coffee is dependent upon a coffee pod machine which was of poor quality or an urn of coffee which again was fine but not high end. Not I feel good enough for a 4 star hotel. Also the decision to have a public lounge area with several sofas is good, but not heaving used during the day. This however is also where you eat breakfast which is not practical or comfortable. It’s an odd experience. La Reve needs to take inspiration from other boutique hotels in different countries and hopefully move forward with new ideas.     Great location, quiet, charming room. Inviting, charming public areas with self-serve bar and lots of cozy seating areas. Loved the outdoor courtyard. Overall relaxing feeling. Can't say enough good things about the staff - they were above and beyond in every way. I'd stay there again if ever in Santiago. Don't even think twice if you're considering it!.     Le Reve hotel is a wonderful bijou place to stay, relax, and use as a base for exploring in & around Santiago.Quiet, very comfortable and friendly, excellent breakfasts, afternoon tea & cakes available, honesty bar for later on. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & well-appointed bedroom, hardly aware of other guests.Great location in the city, would definitely stay there again.
