This hotel has a nice, friendly, and efficient staff. The rooms are spacious and have all what you need. The view from the window is very cute if you are in a high floor. The breakfast is good too. Location is perfect, just 250m from metro station Alcántara and 1 block from Apoquindo avenue where many buses pass by, and the region is very beautiful and quiet. The prices are very good for Las Condes quarter.

The Room can look a bit old and the hotel aswell but I like it personnally is different from all the other chainsThe manager is a nice guy i had a problems on my booking with the breakfast and he took care of it very quicklyand breakfast is very good by the wayI recommend

Arrived from our ship around 10.30am and were checked in early to our room at midday. Our bags were securely stored and we went for a coffee in coffee shop across the street. Hotel is a bit dated but spotlessly clean our room was comfortable and very clean . Added bonus was a large bath (we had only showers on ship) but no bath plug ....much hilarity but housekeeper quickly solved our issue. The staff are exceptional in terms of customer service very polite and helpful. The hotel is located under 5 mi utes walk away from Alcantara Metro which makes it easy to get around. A supermarket is also less than 5 minutes away as is convenience store and pharmacy. A good selection of restaurants can be found 10-15 minutes away in the area surrounding the Theatre and Hyatt Hotel . There are also an abundance of sandwich shops nearby. Great hotel in really quiet area.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is about a 7 min walk to the metro station. Breakfast is ok, but the rooms really are desperate for a renovation. If you do not want to eat fastfood, you have to walk at least 20 minutes to some restaurants.

Perfect location near the Alcantara metro station, quiet street. Staff very helpful. Rooms large, very nice and perfect bathroom, great shower! Wi-Fi very good and free. Very good breakfast included. Check in too late, but staff helps to organize options
