    Can’t go wrong with this location!

    Loved the location in the heart of the business district. My room was on the 11th floor and had gorgeous views of the Andes Mountains. The rooms are large, quiet and comfortable. Very nice breakfast buffet. Walk out the door to many dining and shopping options including MUT artisan mall and Jumbo supermarket. Also very close to the Sky Costanera Observatory that is a must see!

    I paid for a room in advance with Chase points - that they accepted from Case travel. Checking out, they refused to honor the Chase points so I paid with a card.Now Chase travel atttempts to investigate and NH Collection Santiago Casacostanera will not answer the phone. According to Chase Travel the hotel hangs up on every time. Today on the 3rd call with Chase Travel - the rep. called three times - every time it appears the hotel hangs up.     Nice hotel in upscale, safe neighborhood

    This hotel was recommended to us by a friend in Santiago. The location is quiet and safe, with many good restaurants located within a block or two. It was about a 10 minute Uber ride to some of the museums we visited.The king bed and large shower were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.     The hotel experience started before arrival with the confusion created by which NH Collection Casacostanera with similarly named hotel next to the Costanera BuildingPrior to arrival we tried to check in electronically but failed for unknown reasons but were deluged by emails asking us to finish the processOn arrival staff studiously ignored us bringing our bags into the building and managing the heavy front doorThe room we were assigned did not have a functioning air conditioning. It also had a very unattractive outlook to the services inside the shopping CenterWe requested a serviceable room and were allocated a new one. No assistance was offered to move our luggage to the new roomThe new room had a non functioning TV and only one bedside tableOn reporting matters to reception on checkout we were met with surly indifferenceOn departure the front of house staff finally sprang into action to stop our airport transfer UBER from going to the front door of the hotel, forcing us to drag our bags across a cobbled front courtyard and down the road to meet our car Alexander Valdivia, Guest Services / Front Office at NH Collection Santiago Casacostanera, responded to this review Dear Victor,Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay.
