    Wonderful hotel, lovely decor and very clean. Spa is complimentary and includes a bath and saunas. There is also a roof top pool. Breakfast was fresh and a wide range of foods available. Shout out to Ivan concierge, Gabrielle on reception and the lady in lower level and lady in spa reception who were all welcoming, friendly and professional and willing to help as required.     Loved our stay here. The room was modern and spacious. The rooftop area is great for a drink while viewing the Andes in the distance. Located in an upscale area with many top restaurants nearby.Breakfast is amazing - so many choices!     Rooms and spa are great.Service at restaurant was below expected, beverages and food took too long and main dish was notably undercooked.Final billing came with a double charge and mistakes.     Wonderful hotel with horrible check in procedure

    Very beautiful hotel, fantastic location, excellent breakfasts, horrible check in procedure, very noisy as there are several bars just downstairs. Nice pool area and nice gym and spaWe really enjoyed this hotel, however, the check in experience was really horrible and unpleasant. When we arrived they told us we had no reservation, we made it through Agoda and showed it to them, it took 45 minutes for the receptionists to find it, we were right and they were wrong, as it was not our fault if the communication between the hotel and Agoda had issues. We would expect some apology, a coffee or a cocktail, instead absolutely nothing.
