    Nice place, poor service at restaurant and billing mistakes

    Rooms and spa are great.Service at restaurant was below expected, beverages and food took too long and main dish was notably undercooked.Final billing came with a double charge and mistakes.     Wonderful hotel with horrible check in procedure

    Very beautiful hotel, fantastic location, excellent breakfasts, horrible check in procedure, very noisy as there are several bars just downstairs. Nice pool area and nice gym and spaWe really enjoyed this hotel, however, the check in experience was really horrible and unpleasant. When we arrived they told us we had no reservation, we made it through Agoda and showed it to them, it took 45 minutes for the receptionists to find it, we were right and they were wrong, as it was not our fault if the communication between the hotel and Agoda had issues. We would expect some apology, a coffee or a cocktail, instead absolutely nothing.     A 5 star hotel that has seen better days... or just got old!The employees are very important and busy: the guest is the one who causes a disturbance.Watching and laughing.     Noisy ventilation in the room. Hard to sleep. Courtains did not close, lights not working. Forgot to give shower towels. Bad smell in the SPA.     Completely overrated and bad service

    This Hotel is definitely not a 5 star Hotel. Rooms are worn out, no maintenance made. For example door of shower could not be closed, the curtains of the room were broken. We were 4 nights with the family and o 2 afternoons the roof rope with pool was closed to private events. They treat Hotel guest worse then external companies renting the roof top. I made the reclamation to the Hotel director and they finally gave a discount of 20% of the 2 nights where the roof top was not available. Anyhow I reserved this Hotel to spent time on the reif too. At check out Rebecca was very unfriendly, I left instruccion on how I wanted the invoice and it was nothing prepared. I have the feeling that the staff know that the best times are over and they make you feel that way. Definitely it is not worth the price and never ever the quality of a 5 star Hotel. I will not come again.
