    Quiet Residential Area

    The hotel was decent overall, though the rooms are definitely a bit outdated. A couple of the lights in our room didn’t work, and it would have been nice to have a small fridge or a kettle. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of juices, fruits, and pastries. One thing we appreciated was that the property is gated and there’s always a security staff member onsite. The hotel is in a residential area, so it’s a bit of a walk to the center, but we didn’t mind that at all.A simple, comfortable stay with a few areas that could be improved.

    Well positioned hotel in the Providencia suburb of Santiago. On a leafy street, near the river and parkland with a decent range of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and a great welcome drink of Pisco sour.Rooms are comfy and clean. The breakfast is tasty and varied

    During our stay in Chile we stayed at this hotel on three different occasions for a total of 6 nights. During our first stay on the 6th floor we only had one bedside table. Also the bath was slippery. During our second and third visits we were on the 3rd floor and had two bedside tables and the shower was not so bad. There is a safe and hairdryer in the room. The hotel has a pool which is freezing cold and does provide pool towels on request at reception. There is a bar and a lovely area around the pool to have a drink. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and have a very good standard of English. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices although on some occasions it took a while for items to be replaced. The hotel is in a good location and for the most part is quiet although on our last night local residents had a party which went on to 4am in the morning.

    This is a very pleasant hotel in Santiago. I liked the neighborhood it was in and the people working there were very friendly. It was in walking distance from the gondola station, which was convenient and there were lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The bed was enormous and breakfast was good. The bathroom looks a little worn, but nothing to complain about.     My wife & I ordered Chilean beef and grilled beef for dinner from the menu and to be cooked medium rare. When it arrived it turned out to be well done. Waiter obligingly took it away for replacement. The 2 replacement portions came back medium rare but the meat was tough. I can only conclude that it was the worst meal we have had since we started our holidays 12 days ago.
