    Great all around, especially as to value for money

    Great location, nice place, good service. I've stayed at the Park Plaza three or four times now and will be coming back. Five minute walk from the Metro and a huge shopping center. The rooms are big, clean, well lit and ACd. Breakfast is good, tasty and well stocked. OK, so the coffee is not great, but for Chile is up there with the best there is. Strongly recommend it.

    Stayed at the Park Plaza for three nights. The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was a nice size as was the bathroom, but it was dated. Sheets and linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is within walking distance of the subway and less than 15 min walk to the Sky Costanera tower (and mall). It is also about 15 min to the nearest Hop-on Hop-off style bus tour stop that operates around the city.There are a few things which find the hotel falling short of a higher score. The cleanliness of the pool itself (walls) and having the sauna not functional didn't help. The breakfast is a buffet style, and although there is a decent variety of foods for most styles the service area is cramped.To finish on a positive note, I must express my pleasure with the front desk staff. Very helpful with information of the city, recommendations for restaurants and odd requests or questions. If you need a reasonable place to just rest and wash up before you hit the city, I would do this hotel again.

    Perfect location in the heart of Providencia ideal for business or leisure. The hotel looks traditional with a nice atmosphere, the breakfast is excellent with a good variety of food. The room was modern and cosy, the bed was totally comfortable. I would recommend it.

    This hotel was a good place to stay, secure , clean and comfortable. We stayed a few nights prior to a cruise, Pricing was very reasonable and included breakfast. Breakfast was terrific! Check in and front desk was very good. Restaurant food was good, but service was not so good- or at least inconsistent. Very indifferent service. I don't know why management doesn't do something to improve this. Many of the staff have "retired at work". There is a nice patio outside that is kind of sunken- very comfortable.

    Super friendly and helpful staff. De bartender and the waiter with the glasses were our favorite staff members. They create ambiente.Room was fine. Bed and shower good. Breakfast good. Bathroom might need a touch up. Location is perfect!
