  Filthy, overpriced apartment that hasn't been updated in decades

  The apartment was filthy. It clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. The furniture/furnishings are decades old and stained. The air conditioner didn't fit in the window, so there was a direct gap to the outside. The a/c unit was broken and noisy. The kitchen was dirty and not equipped properly. The level of dirt was visible on doors, lamps and lamp shades, carpets in main building, on the refrigerator, and on the stove top. The bathrooms were old and dirty. The windows didn't close and the vanity and shower/bathtub are very old and worn out. I have NEVER seen such a dirty hotel/apartment in all of my years of travel. It was shocking. That this establishment would charge 4 or 5-star prices for such a disgusting apartment is shocking. Do not stay here!!

  Clean room and English-speaking front desk. Don't miss the fruit juice at breakfast

  Breakfast was included with our stay. The breakfast potatoes were really good. The fruit juice selection was amazing. I had strawberry juice each day of our stay. No mini fridge in room. Room was clean. Wifi included. Toilet sometimes had to be flushed more than once because it seemed to be running slow. Water pressure in shower good but not great. Front desk does speak English.

  3 1/2 star - great position but a bit tired

  We had a double apartment and a single apartment for six of us. It is a great position near the Metro and buses and surrounded by good restaurants, shopping etc. Not too far from the centre of Santiago. The apartments were comfortable but in need of some refurbishment – the photos are a little over flattering. The staff were friendly and the facilities worked.   More old than Classic

  The outside architecture is nice and quite classic, but the room look old, it requires more maintenance and some update.The TV was old not working well, and they did not solve the issue.   Centrally Located, Dated Facility

  First thing to point out is that this facility is different from Park Plaza Hotel which is located around the corner. This facility is centrally located and as such great for someone visiting Santiago. While the facility is well-kept, it is a little dated. It could use some modernizing. My main issue with the facility is the breakfast and the front desk staff. The breakfast is delivered late afternoon a day earlier. Essentially, it is cold breakfast that includes one coffee sachet. On the plus side, the room has two-faced cookers, electric water boiler, and utensils for small meals. The staff manning the front desk (there is no reception to talk about) are generally indifferent; they simply buzz you in and out of the facility and more often than not, do not even say ‘Hello’ as you go through.
