Location

The hotel enjoys a privileged location in one of the most strategic sectors of the neighbourhood of Providencia. Nightspots are half an hour away by public transport. Furthermore, the hotel is located within walking distance of Salvador subway station and is also only 30 minutes from the international airport.

Facility

3 junior suites, a suite, 9 single rooms and 36 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     I stayed 3 nights in early March. The location is excellent, very close to the subway Metro Line 1) in a safe and beautiful neighborhood (Providencia). I booked the smallest room knowing I would get a narrow single bed, which was OK for me. The linens were fresh and impeccable, with 2 very comfy pillows. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shower drain being clogged which I reported to the concierge. They did send someone to look at it, but the problem couldn't be solved during the weekend, so they gave me upgrade to a larger room with a nice double-sized bed. The breakfast buffet was perfect to start off the day . A nice and plentiful selection of fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, cheese/ham, eggs, pastries, and beverages. Everything was spotless clean, and a friendly attendant present at all times, and quick to replenish empty trays. I definitely recommend the hotel for short stays. It has all the basic amenities you would expect and very friendly, professional service. I'd like to give a special thank you to the entire lovely staff: Jenny, Andrea, Bernarda, Sofia, Jhonny, Barbara, Melania. I would recommend the rooms with double-size beds if you're staying longer and need a bit more room.

    Front desk people were very nice and friendly. Location is fine. Subway station near and restaurants being couple of blocks away. But the rooms are really small. For this price, I would expect something more spacious. Loundry services they offer are available for a fraction of price just couple of streets away.

    Nice little boutique hotel. Not a lot of amenities like a spa but the room was very well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location in a nice neighborhood very near the metro. Good breakfast. Would stay again.     Very safe and clean. Rooms are comfortable and fairly new. We went to Santiago for business and this hotel was located very conveniently for us. We were worried about how they handled all covid related cleaning but honestly everything was very professional and handled in a diligently fashion.     Insulting Nightshift Front Desk

    The nightshift front desk manager (1am) yelled and insulted me that ‘I should learn how to speak spanish’ when I was already talking to him in spanish. No one should ever talk to a customer like that. Everything was good value for its price, but that one guy was terrible at best.
