    Incredible staff, clean beyond words, an incredible experience!

    We recently stayed at Pullman Santiago Vitacura and Pullman Vina Del Mar. I’m an contacting you because I want to accurately describe how incredible our stays were at your hotels… truly first class top of the line! The entire staff at Pullman Santiago Vitacura has been amazing! Andres and Jose welcomed us the second we arrived, explained the hotel and the area just made us feel at home. When we arrived at breakfast Maria Jose (truly a rock star, manager material for sure… watch that one, she’s a diamond) explained the buffet and options. Her associate Juliana is also a ray of light! Love her job and the guests. Always smiling, speaks great English, and truly loves what she is doing (another one to watch). We quickly noticed there were tennis players everywhere, asked her what was going on. She was beaming with excitement to explain the Chile Open! I immediately started trying to get tickets but was having issues. Jonhas at the concierge desk dropped what he was doing and immediately helped me get tickets to that days matchs! We had a great time! Ended up getting tickets to the final match as well!On my last day here I decided to ask my girlfriend to marry me!!! I had some logistical issues to work out… Alejandra Zenteno helped me find a photographer, figure out if the venue was closed (Mondays), and also gave me advice on a local custom jeweler. Can’t say how much I appreciate her help! The entire staff at Pullman Santiago Vitacura deserves a standing ovation! This hotel is kept at the highest standard of comfort and luxury. The general manger should be congratulated on taking guest experience to new heights.     The hotel is newer or renovated with nice, accommodating staff. One thing to note for travellers, is that you shouldn't drink the tap water in Santiago, and the Pullman had a water filtration system that was easy to fill your bottle up with before going on your day. The area is very safe, many travellers and locals walking, running and jogging in the area with no safety concerns. It is very close to the Constanera Centre and many restaraunts and shops are within very close walking distance. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The beds were not true Queen beds by Canadian standards but were comfortable enough. There is a hotel lobby bar that is located near the pool. We had no problem ordering drinks and food to enjoy at the pool and in the beautiful little courtyard beside.     Large rooms with nice view to the park opposite. Shower facilities were great, however, the room only had enough towels for one of the two people we paid to stay there. Breakfast was fine, much cheaper to pay for breakfast than add it to the room charge when we booked. Underground parking with enough height for our 2.2m high vehicle to access easily.
