    Great stay at this hotel. Having been scammed on the way from the Airport to the Hotel the staff here looked after us extremely well. We cannot thank them enough for how looked after us. They helped us recover quickly from our initial negative view of Chile. Special thanks to Fabien, Andreas, Alexander & Mattias.We plan to return!     We stayed in Santiago for 5 days and the service was amazing considering how busy the hotel was.In particular we met Miguel in the dining room who was outstanding for information and service. He shared his experience and was very helpful for travellers from Australia.     Excellent location, near malls, beautiful parks, public transportation and restaurants. Good service, only the swimming pool place, it was not with good maintenance.     The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Every morning the staff accomodated my daughter's dietary needs gluten and dairy free. The room had an amazing view. The air conditioning work perfectly well and the hotel was very clean. The location was very very convenient close to the shopping centre and major attractions.     Not quite Radisson Standards

    Lovely location, nice building but very poor service from the staff. I’ve stayed at many different hotels from W, Hilton’s etc to Radisson in the UK. But this unfortunately doesn’t meet the Radisson standard. No towels at pool (which is partially out of order but not displayed online). I had to ask for replenishments of milk sachets as none were provided but told this would be at a cost. Alternative was 3 Nescafé coffees from the staff coffee supply at the bar which I was charged £12 for.Could be great if the staff were training to the right standards.
