    Excellent five star hotel, great location, quiet, amazing and attentive staff and Concierge team.

    We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! Our room was large and well appointed. We had a nice view of the city, and the room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff provided amazing hospitality, especially the Concierge team. The bar and restaurant were good. The breakfast that was included had an amazing array of pastries. The eggs were undercooked and runny, but everything else was great. Dinner was also good, although the service was a bit slow. The location of the hotel is convenient to the Metro, a shopping mall, and a variety of shops and restaurants. It felt like a safe neighborhood to walk in. We would definitely stay here again. We also used the transport service (SD Transportes) recommended by the hotel, to shuttle from the airport, and to and from Valle Nevado. Their rate was very competitive, and the driver, Jose Luis, was wonderful.     I am a frequent travel....There is not one thing I could complain about this hotel about. Every think about it was great. I even went out of my way to speak to the owner of this property to tell him how good his staff was during my stay!!! If I had one thing to gripe about would be make the hot tub a few degrees warmer.
