37 junior suites, 3 suites, 69 single rooms and 31 double rooms are located on 18 storeys and can be reached by lift. Her calm professionalism, attention to detail and experience with international guests created a strong sense of confidence and comfort throughout my stay.     Hotel stay was so comfortable, clean & quiet Olga looked after us so well in the restaurant also . We would highly recommend Hotel Regal Pacific to everyone we know if they want to be assured of a wonderful & central hotel & for Breakfast , lunch or dinner . We could not fault anything & in particular the restaurant. Olga the restaurants manager paid particular attention to detail & had us return multiple times to dine. Unforgettable & a definite highlight to our trip .     This is a very good hotel, and I will stay again. Front desk staff were all great and very helpful. Concierge (Marco) was excellent in organizing taxis. The room was comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, given the busy street below. Room was cleaned very well every day. Breakfast is very good. Lots of variety. Suppers were also tasty and presented nicely. I was very happy to see Joaquin as a breakfast greeter. I give the hotel top marks for employing a disabled person for this role.
