    Excellent! Great location, wonderful atmosphere, excepcional service. I had mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary, and the hotel sent us a champagne bottle and a cake as a gift.     From the moment we walked into the hotel we were made to feel special. The warm, friendly and attentive care we received was above and beyond!     Where to begin? From initial check in, recommendations for restaurants, assistance booking tours (thank you Erfan!), 12th floor Club Lounge breakfast and cocktail hour staff, D Bar (Nacho and Nico were awesome as was the young lady who worked hard to make the “detox” juice and one other bartender), the spa (deep tissue massage and facial ????), and more, we had a wonderful time in the beautiful city of Santiago.
