  RQ Stay is as stunning as Santiago!

  I read some negative and discouraging reviews after I had booked, so, must confess I was a little afraid about staying there. But once I stepped in the lobby, this feeling faded away and honestly, I really don't understand the reason for some poor ratings.The hotel is located on a great block - everything is walking distance. The room itself was very comfortable in every single corner of it: bed, bathroom and the convenient kitchenette. They also provide breakfast to go whenever guests make trips to nearby cities.The whole staff was very helpful, extremely polite and friendly! I thank them all! Besides, I would like to mention some people that were remarkable during our stay: Priscilla and Macarena at the front desk gave us the warmest welcoming (and farewell) ever, and, as a result, we had an impressive first impression! Felipe and Leandro and their perfect English came as handy and made the communication way too easy. I must also mention Raul and Javier that answered our questions right away. Catalina, the manager, was very concerned about our well-being and asked about my opinion. And last, but not least, Jessica and Veronica were darlings keeping our room perfectly cleaned and organized.Another point to be taken into consideration: I cannot understand why so many people were disappointed about the breakfast. I had an overwhelming experience at Nicolas Bistrot! I have already been to Paris and the food, music and environment is a piece of France in Santiago. Not to mention the delicious food! I enjoyed it so much, I had lunch there most of the days.The team is one of a kind and made the whole experience mind blowing. Thank you so very much to Gabriella, Ana and Santiago that served us every morning and also Carlos during the lunchtime.Anyway, words fail me about describing how amazed I was, but I will definitely come back there on my next trip to Santiago.   Had a great stay, location excellent, room and breakfast perfect for my 2 night stay. The staff did a great job arranging airport transfer and a very good tour to Valparaiso and Vina del Mar.   Could be more generous withdrinking water

  Overall, we were happy with our 4-night stay at this hotel. It is well located in an quiet street in the busy Providencia neighbourhood with no shortage of restaurants in the area. A metro station to central Santiago was located maybe 150 m away. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, and included a fridge, stovetop, sink (and not the bathroom basin) and full set of pots and pans as well as crockery and cutlery. On the downside, and the principal reason for a Very Good rating rather than Excellent is they were very tight-fisted with the provision of potable water, just a couple of small bottles in our room on day 1 and that was it. We found other, comparable, hotels in Peru and Ecuador much more generous in this regard.   Exemplary service, helpful receptionists and great care and attention to guests' demands. Excellent location, with lots of places nearby, plus the room is great and meets all needs.   Fantastic experience in the heart of Providencia

  I had a great experience during my stay. The location is fantastic, with plenty of options for cool restaurants, bistros, and cafes. Besides, it's very close to the Costanera Center, which makes it even more interesting. Finally, the Nicolas restaurant(in the hotel structure) is awesome for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Finally, the staff was always very friendly and responsive to my demands.
