Location

This family-friendly business hotel is located in the heart of Santiago's business district, close to the Moneda presidential palace and steps away from Moneda Salida Amunategui metro station. Guests will find restaurants, a shopping centre and the bus station all a 5-minute walk from the city hotel, and the bars and nightlife of Bellavista and the central train station are around a 10-minute drive away. The beach at Viña del Mar is a 2-hour drive and the Farellones ski area is an hour by car.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 13 junior suites, 19 single rooms and 21 double rooms located in a 22-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Multilingual staff at the reception desk are on hand round the clock to assist guests with check-in and check-out. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a cloakroom, a baggage storage service, a safe, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Guests can also use the bicycle storage facilities.

Rooms

Rooms include air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides additional comfort. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a spa and a solarium.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. A delicious and varied buffet is freshly prepared at breakfast, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options.

    Location is great. You can walk to restaurants and shops nearby as also the metro station. Room and staff are good. Breakfast is not that great though.The reception staff Consuelo was very helpful and cheerful.     Very well located. Modern. Comfortable beds. Excellent staff service. Highly recommended for a short stay. It's just steps away from Palacio de La Moneda and situated in a very secure area, right next to a subway entrance, making transportation around the city incredibly easy. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with good lighting, reliable Wi-Fi, and effective air conditioning. The check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. Perfect for both business travelers and tourists who want quick access to central Santiago. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby as well.     We were overcharged for 2 people staying in the room. Never seen this happen before. I paid for a room for 2 people, and when I got there they charged us an extra 80 USD for two people to stay in the room. We had no choice but to pay. Then we got to the room just to find out the tiny bathtub with plastic curtains where you shower, old furniture, soft bed and old hair dresser. Oh, and the Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. Don't stay here.
