Location

This hotel is located within walking distance of famous sights such as the house of Pablo Neruda, the best shopping district, restaurants and bars and a unique vineyard in the downtown area. The nearest links to the public transport network (Providencia stop) are just a 10-minute walk away and guests will find a number of museums and attractions nearby, including the Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino (2.4 km), the Museo de las Bellas Artes (5 km) and the Teatro Municipal Santiago. The hotel is located near the new highway, the Costanera Norte and the new conception bridge and lies just 14 minutes from the international airport.

Facility

The hotel has 379 rooms, including 15 suites, 323 single rooms and 40 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     From the moment we were welcomed by Scarlet who took care of our luggage, to to the front desk Victor, we knew we had chosen a great hotel! We stayed at the Sheraton Santiago for 3 nights following a cruise holiday. We can highly recommend this hotel for the very friendly staff as well as the location. The hop on and off bus stops right in front of the hotel. Perfect for tourists. The pool area is amazing. We highly recommend upgrading to concierge level for beautiful city views from the room. As well the concierge level buffet breakfast and hearty appetizers in the evening made for an exceptional stay! Just an awesome experience! Highly recommend!     Excellent hotel, great services offered, outdoor pool, indoor pool and gym. Lobby bar and bar on 21st floor for guests offering great views. Rooms good standard with aircon, frige, iron, robes, slippers. Proper blackout blinds in the room were a welcome bonus. Buffet breakfast great selection. All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. few shops within walking distance for water/snacks. 10-15 minute walk to bars, restraunts. Bus stop few minutes away or 15 mins to metro ro take you into the centre of Santiago.     We had a very nice stay at the Sheraton Santiago Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The hotel was very clean. We booked our transportation from the cruise ship and it was very organized. The area around the hotel seemed safe to walk around. The room was set up nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast that was offered had a wide variety of items. The shared spaces were spacious, didn't feel crowded at all. The pool area is beautiful!     Exceptional customer service. Staff always went out of the way to satisfy their customers.
