Location

The hotel is located in a quiet street in the residential El Golf area. Guests are steps away from the best commercial and business areas in Santiago. The hotel is also close to supermarkets, fine shops and headquarters of important companies, situated in the most exclusive area of restaurants and pubs in the capital.     We have stayed in this property before. it was previously quite good. It is to be avoided now. The rooms are dirty and very poorly maintainedWe were asked to sign a document listing other paperwork which they refused to produceThe cleaning is beyond substandard in communal areasWe will not be returning Raquel Briz, Propietario at Suite By Time, responded to this review Dear Denty, we are very sorry about your perception of the cleaning service.     Although the hotel is well located in Las Condes, there’s nothing special beyond that. Cleanliness is something that the hotel is definitely not aware of. Rooms are dirty, kitchen and bathroom are horrible. PLEASE don't book this hotel! Enjoy you stay at Santiago and book another hotel

    The Hotel Time Suites is located in a good place in Santiago, safe and with a lot of shops available. The Hotel is in relation to the price, but it has a serious problem of customer service,During the stay, despite sending emails and trying to communicate with the manager, I did not get any response.Problems can always arise and real passenger support is necessary. I do not recommend the Hotel, for the same value there are many better options in the area. I am still waiting for the response to the email sent to Mr. L. Villegas, although the stay ended a week ago.

    Where do I start? I was in Chile for four months and this was one of my most favourite, if not the favourite place I stayed. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.Professional check-in.Safe and quiet location. Sun on your private balcony until 3pm.Superior bedding. Downside it was too good!Plenty of English language television channels. Strong wifi which never dropped. Breakfast was a few doors down. Yoghurt, fruit, cereal, fresh juice, scrambled eggs and mini sausages.
