    Absolutely seamless experience, official airport taxi tried to scam us until he found out where we were going and then they sorted him out! Faultless check in, room was beautifully appointed, even though Reno's going on it didn't affect the check in, we were on executive floor so taken straight to level 10 for check in to their lounge, in our room 5 minutes later, went to the pool, one of the most stunning pool deck s we have ever seen, again service impeccable, had.been travelling for weeks so spent night in executive lounge with the incredible Ismael, outstanding service and knowledge, nothing too much trouble, shout out to him for service, lounge food and drinks a great variety and Ismael even made us his specialry cocktail, more than enough to eat and drink, breakfast was exactly as imagined, impeccable and service outstanding, commendation to Winston on check out in executive lounge today, outstanding service, hard to leave but will be back.

    My husband and I stayed for two nights and everything about the stay was 5 stars. I have never stayed at A Ritz Carlton before but I can say we received TRULY 5 star service from every employee including some that seemed off the clock or maybe they were management walking around - who knows, but it was nice. We checked in and had everything about our stay explained and our benefits etc etc., ( we booked through Chase “The Edit” ). Our room was well appointed, spacious and had a great city view. I was pleasantly surprised to see chocolate Moai candies to accompany our welcome bottle of wine given that we would be traveling to Easter Island next! It was a nice touch! They have a superstar working the breakfast area. Sadly we can’t remember her name .. (Paula maybe?) but she was working very hard between tables and was FAST, efficient, and anticipated our every need … even though we were eating the buffet! We requested her area the second morning. Overall, it’s apparent this hotel has a very well trained staff - like they all got the memo. It was refreshing. Dinner at Estro was delicious as well as cocktails in the lounge. We didn’t get any time to explore the area during our short 2 night stay as it rained non stop. However, it is a close walk to a shopping area with lots of food and sky costanera. I’m now eager to try the Ritz Brand the next place we travel and hope it is this good!

    Accommodating, friendly, helpful staff. Thank you to the lady who check us in. We had a great time when we stayed in the hotel. Close to everything, upscale mall , good food around the area and near tourist attractions. Thank you to you all! Very clean hotel.. and the breakfast in the lobby was awesome first class and so with the service. I wish I remember all their names but good service really!

    Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago was wonderful from start to finish. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay in Santiago. What truly stood out, however, was the genuine hospitality of the staff and their willingness to go above and beyond.One moment in particular really captured the spirit of the hotel. When we were leaving for the airport at 4:30 AM, it appeared that our Uber had cancelled. Without hesitation, a Ritz-Carlton employee immediately said, “I’d be happy to drive you to the airport.” He was willing to make the 40-minute drive each way simply to make sure we got there safely and on time. That level of kindness and genuine care is something we will not soon forget.It is these thoughtful gestures that make a stay truly special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago to anyone looking for exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere.

    Top Class Service, Concierge, food, staff accommodations and even the ability to accommodate custom special requests. We requested something off menu, local cuisine and head chef did not have quite the correct ingredients that evening. They got them next morning early and were able to deliver the special food to the room before checkout…top class performance. Thank you to server IVAN and housekeeper Ana Luisa as well and everyone else at the Ritz Santiago.
