What a wonderful stay at The Singular! The hotel is lovely, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms with a massive tub, great facilities, and an absolutely perfect location in a lovely safe area with plenty of fabulous restaurants walking distance. However, it is the fantastic staff who really make the hotel five star. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we were always greeted with a smile. Ana at breakfast was a standout and Nestor and Ashley at the bar went above and beyond. Each time we were there I ordered a cocktail not on the menu and they went out of their way to make it for me and checked in to make sure I was happy. They are an asset to the hotel. We can’t wait to come back in a few weeks on the return leg of our journey. Refinement and elegance in the perfect location

Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel— stay there if you can and as often as you can! All the new hotels trying to achieve ‘shabby chic’ for the really big bucks have nothing on the Singular— not that it is actually shabby at all, it’s just the real thing. Independently owned by a family in the hotelier business for something like a century they really know what they are doing and they do it correctly— think the Waldorf Astoria in the 1950s. If you like that kind of thing, the space, the service, the refinement and elegance, this is the place for you. Nice place , but not when the rooftop is closed …

The hotel is very good , Nice spacious room. Quiet area of Santiago , bu close to the historic center (walking distance). Quality of food at dinner was very good.However , two negative points :- when I arrived , I was informed that the rooftop was closed for renovation. This can happen , bu should be announced before : the day before my arrival I could still book a table for dinner on the rooftop ! (Which was then moved to the groundfloor)- I had to leave early to go to the airport. Breakfast was only served as from 7am. Since my booking included breakfast , I ordered breakfast boxes when I checked in. However , apparently they forgot to inform the kitchen , so we left without Breakfast. Lovely upscale hotel, lovely staff.

Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences my wife an I have ever had. Everything about it, from the staff to the room to the breakfast spread, was pretty much perfect. Jorge, in particular, as awesome. He remembered our name every time we walked into the lobby and was helpful with every question we had. Lovely upscale hotel, lovely staff.
