    I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay at this hotel. All of the staff, especially Franco at Reception, did their best to make me feel comfortable. I appreciated the advice they were able to provide about local attractions and how to get there. I would definitely stay there again.

    Excellent hotel! Amazing location. The team always wants to help and make you feel comfortable. Love this place. Their new French restaurant Le Chat Noir is delicious! Highly recommended!

    The location is close to the shopping mall. However, you can only get there by the bus but not the train or subway. The hotel looks more for business travel, it looks chic and modern. Alfonso was helpful to provide valuable customer service and Marco was efficient to check me in.

    Before arriving, their communication with me through WhatsApp was great, especially since my flight was delayed. They made sure a driver was at the airport to pick us up. Our junior suit was very spacious, and we had a jacuzzi bathtub. 65-inch TV, bathrobe, slippers small frig for cold water, coffee machine. Front desk very accommodating. Free breakfast. Like the neighborhood. Mall across the street with plenty of shopping.

    First impressions are everything...when that first impression is a surly front desk attendant telling you that "you room is not ready" but "if you pay for an extra night we can get you into one," you are off to a bad start. After an overnight flight, this is what we were told at 10am. What could have made the situation far better would be - "your room isn't ready yet but can we offer you a table in our restaurant?" Or, perhaps, "there is a good coffee shop down the street, can we store your bags and call you when your room is ready?" Nothing. In fact, we had to ask to store our bags. Poor hospitality and, apparently, poor leadership. This was the only bad experience that we had in Chile. Such a shame.
