    Beware if you're a cruise passenger as you are a target.

    No lobby security and is very noisy in rooms with slamming doors. Moldy bathroom tiles. Spanish speaking only, so take google translate with you. We were robbed INSIDE the hotel lobby, and the front desk REFUSED to call the police! We were waiting for a cab to catch a cruise, which we missed. Passports, medications, and money were stolen. Lobby doors wide open and no security. Theives walked right in.On a positive note, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and servers were most accommodating.

    Tired 70's Hotel With Tired Staff

    This place looked far better in the photos (on Booking.com). It is a large building and most clients seemed to be coach parties as well as a football team. The decor is dated, tatty and boring but okay. The staff are reluctant, and in the main, depressed.My room was okay. Clean enough but dull. I asked if I could have a room that overlooked the port. They said I'd have to pay an extra $28 US, as I had booked through Booking.com. I was already paying their top rate according to the prices posted in the elevator.Breakfast was surprisingly good although often the staff looked close to tears.Not a great experience. I had told myself to give myself a break and book this place rather than a hostel (most of which were more highly rated on Tripadvisor). I wish I'd gone with a hostel at a quarter of the price.

    Very friendly staff. There was no more choice for breakfast chef please try to put live station for breakfast .Rooms was clean only stayed for one day but was wonderful Stay.receptionist was very helpful to provide whatever we request.

    This 4 star hotel offers all the comfort you need at a good price. I paid about USD 55 including a good breakfast. It’s not flashy, but it is clean and spacious and has nice views over the harbour. It’s within walking distance to the bus station and all the local sights. Also, the wifi is good. My only (minor) complaint is that the shower is over the bath, however there is a hand rail to steady you as you climb in and out. I would choose to stay there again.

    Comfortable but unexceptional member of this hotel chain. Large bedrooms, reasonable food. Does the job without any particular ambiance as one might expect from a city centre hotel. Central location and parking onsite.
