Great birthday stay
06 Sept 2026
This is long overdue but I want to share how special my trip to the Sheridan Viña Del Mar was. I went the weekend before my birthday and I was warmly greeted by the reception staff and my room had been upgraded. In the room was a beautiful display of flowers, wine, and birthday treats. The room was gorgeous, the view was amazing, and I spent more time in the room than outside because the room was so great. I had such a great time and this hotel will always be my first choice whenever I am in the Viña/Valpo area. Special thank you to supervisor Macarena and Catalina who checked me in! Amazing view

We stayed in the presidential suite and we couldn't recommend it more. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. We loved the experience so much that we canceled all our plans after check-in and we just enjoyed being on the terrace. Nice hotel
07 Apr 2026
Check in was great as was service at breakfast most days. The room was spacious and pretty nice although shower smelled and looked a little moldy. Location offered an ocean view although I would choose a place of higher elevation and closer to more restaurants next time. Maybe if you are a backpacker, as less to steal.
19 Mar 2026
I have to state that this was a nice hotel. A little out dated rooms but ok. But the major shock for us was that the housekeeping stole from our luggage. This is not a hotel you can leave your belongings in. Maybe if their install a safebox that can keep all your luggage ok.The stole very expensive sunglasses/ tennis stuff we bought and more.Forget that they care, they know as after this happened we checked and more people reported and same experience as ours. Sheraton Miramar, Ventas at Sheraton Miramar Hotel & Convention Center, responded to this review Hello Monique, we take your comments very seriously and sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. We are working hard to improve our services and ensure an exceptional experience to prevent these situations from happening again in the future.
