Location

This apartment hotel is located right next to Dongzhimen’s transportation hub, providing guests with easy travel throughout the city on subway lines 2 and 13.     The service here was excellent overall. We had issues on our way from the airport, and after calling the hotel, the staff immediately stepped in — they spoke with our taxi driver and helped us out of a difficult situation. Throughout our stay, they were consistently helpful, whether it was assisting with takeout orders or giving clear directions to different places in the city.The room we chose was amazing value for money.     Home far away from home.

    Been to many Ascott...it is like a ho e far away from home. And finally had a chance to stay here on my recent trip. As usual, room is spqcious, clean and all the things we need are provided...except toothbrush. Maybe they can add them in the future. The service is outstanding. Our trip was made more splendid by the reception lady..did not get her name but I attached her photo. Her service was ourstanding. From helping us to order a cab to Wangfujing and then back again at the hotel to ordering us some food. That is because our apps are not working.     The 2 bedroom apartment (1 king bed [room 1] & 2 single beds [room 2]) was spacious to have another extra single bed within the living room. Cleanliness of the room is in top notch condition and there was sufficient shampoo/body lotion/body wash/conditioner from the auto dispenser within the bathroom. Staff also provided daily housekeeping of the room for all 3 nights that I stayed. There was a washer cum dryer at the 2nd bathroom and housekeeping will auto top up the detergent (small bottles) for the washer. Basically, the drying will kick start immediately after the washing completes which is very convenient.     Great Convience and Kudos to the attention to small details

    I like the 2 bedrooms suite in this hotel. Well-lit kitchen, washing machine hidden in one of the toilets to minimise noise. The room service staff observed, checked and replenished what we need so we don't really have to make any request separately. We have bottled water, toiletries, washing detergent refilled. They even provide new sponge, new table clothes for us, something which was missing from another 2 hotel which we stayed at during our travels to China. It was the attention to details and the little things which impressed me. The hotel is located above a shopping mall, good for those who wish to eat and shop without having to put on the down feather jacket in cold winter. The side gate from hotel to the shopping mall is locked after 10pm even with hotel card access. In a way, this is good for security reasons also.
