    I had a 2 hr body and head massage, service provided by Lisa (#58). Pressure was perfect with a focus on the areas that hurt. Lisa really did a good job on relieving theses areas of pain. Highly recommended, ask for Lisa.     Nice hotel , executive lounge with very good food and service, also breakfast in the restaurant downstairs is recommendable, we had to change once room before some smoking issues from previous guests, but that was uncomplicated. A little bit more English skills would be appreciated , especially outside from the reception..Many thanks to Mr Marcel, he helped us a lot whilst our stay, hope he will be soon promoted to a higher position.     I had a fantastic experience at the Conrad Beijing. Manager Shirley provided excellent service and was helpful, assisting me with many issues during my stay with great efficiency, which made my trip to absolutely perfect!

    Strong cigarette smoke smell in the rooms although its

    We are 3 days in Conrad Beijing and changed our room twice. Absolutely annoying is the permanent smoke smell in every room we tried. Its a common problem in China because people smoke in the rooms although its not allowed. The staff is very friendly and compensated the inconvenience with chocolate, wine and fruits . The breakfast is fantastic and the lounge exceptional. I am asthmatic and a militant non smoker , so being in the room is giving me a very hard time . I will not come back here. Tomorrow we will move to the Kempinski sunrise and hope the rooms there have a better climate.
