Location

The hotel is located just across from the New China International Exhibition Centre, about a 30-minute drive from Beijing city centre (Tiananmen Square) and a 10-minute drive from Beijing Capital International Airport.

The hotel has 600 rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by 6 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Impossible to get refund despite hotel's fault

    We ordered food from the room service and were charged twice. The waitress told us that the wechat payment didn't go through so demanded us to pay cash. I later found out the payment did go through from my wechat transaction. When I talked to the hotel, I was told initially the refund will take 1 month. After some questioning, it was changed to 5-7 working days. It has been a while now but I still am waiting for the refund. Very disappointing stay due to this issue which was completely the fault of the hotel but asking for refund is proven impossible!     Horrible dirty and dirty and old

    Horrible. Old, dirty, full of cigarettes smell, shower old and mold, 24C outside and only the heat works! Worst than an hostel! Will never come back. You sleep in a sauna with cigarette smell and dirty carpets. Employees not trained and don’t even know what to do when you call them.     We stayed here twice during our trip to Beijing.The first time was on our arrival day and the second time was a day before our departure. The reason was because we wanted to be near to the airport. To me, 15 minutes on shuttle was considered short. The hotel provides free shuttle to the airport as early as 6 a.m.One thing that i found not satisfactory was the cleanliness of the toilet bowl. I hope they can clean it harder or do something about it as not to "hurt' our eyes.The other time was also the toilet where the flush system didnt work well.Other than that, the hotel provided good services. The staffs were polite and helpful. A guy ( staff at the entrance) was not profficient in English but went all the way to help us. That's so much better than some people at other places who avoided others just because of the language barrier. Nowadays we have apps that more or less can help in translation. That guy did use this method. Good job!     Good for layovers

    Great Hotel!

    Got here around 10am and managed to check in early. Got a welcome drink which i redeemed later in the evening. Also, i was given a fruit platter because im a member of the IHG hotel and im only at the entry level. Requested for a late check out the next day cos my flight was 5pm in the evening. Asked for 3pm check out and they said no problem which is very nice of them. Also they provide shuttle bus to PEK airport. Gym and sauna was OK. Breakfast selection is normal but can be better for the price you paying at this hotel. Nothing much outside the hotel. Only KFC and pizza hut next to the hotel. If you want to eat noodle or rice, you will have to walk around 15 mins to the nearest mall.
