This hotel is located in the rapidly developing Taiyanggong area on the northeast corner of Beijing's 3rd road and Jingcheng Highway.     I’ve just returned from my second stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Plaza in less than a month, and I couldn’t be more impressed.My first visit was solo, from March 28–30. I enjoyed the service so much that I immediately booked a return trip with my parents from April 16–20. As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a suite on both occasions, and the hotel generously extended complimentary breakfast and lounge access to all of us – a wonderful perk that made the stay even more comfortable.What truly touched me was their thoughtfulness. I never mentioned that my birthday fell during the April stay, yet the team surprised me with a beautiful cake and room decorations on the night of my birthday. It was such a warm, unexpected gesture that made the evening feel incredibly special.     Warm welcome and fabulous rooms. Excellent facilities. It may be far out of city centre but cheap taxis negates this. We would stay again with no hesitation.     Warm, Thoughtful, and Memorable Stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace

    I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace for 6 days and 5 nights and was deeply impressed by the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the hotel.The hotel is conveniently located near Shaoyaoju Station (Line 10 & Line 13) — very easy to reach different parts of Beijing.With my annual lounge access, I enjoyed visiting the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor, where Kitty took great care of me. Even though she spoke only a little English and I spoke only a little Chinese, we managed to communicate well and shared many lovely moments. She remembered that I liked my coffee with ice and would always ask if I wanted ice each time I came in — such a small but thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly welcome.Breakfast is served at The Market Restaurant on the 1st floor, where I met some of the most wonderful staff, including Coco (朱欣蕊), a very attentive and caring lady, and the noodle station auntie who always made my favorite rice noodle (米粉) dish. I ordered it every day during my stay, and she remembered me — preparing it in advance and saying sweetly, “This one is yours.” I also want to thank Ms. Miao, who always cleared my table with a smile.Every member of the team made me feel special. It’s rare to find this level of warmth and attention to detail.     Great hotel. The room was really good and had everything you need. Modern facilities and comfortable bed. Bonus was the great view from my room. I used the gym quite a bit which was setup well. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Beijing.     In my opinion, the cleanliness and comfort of the bed was excellent, the room was large and had a good view, and in terms of the equipment used in the room, it was one of the best.
