    I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Beijing Zhongguancun during my business trip, and overall the experience was comfortable, though with some areas for improvement.The hotel is well-located for business purposes in Beijing’s Zhongguancun district. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide a relaxing environment after a long working day, making it a good choice for business travelers.The staff are polite and courteous, and they try their best to assist whenever needed.However, as an IHG Hotels & Resorts Diamond Elite member, I felt that the recognition was quite limited. There was no proper welcome or acknowledgment of elite status, which was somewhat disappointing compared to expectations from an IHG property.Additionally, for Indian travelers, there may be a slight language barrier when communicating specific requests. While the staff are helpful, smoother communication would further enhance the experience.Overall, it is a good hotel for business stays with spacious rooms and polite staff, but there is scope for improvement in elite member recognition and guest engagement.

    I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will stay here again on trips to Beijing. It is very convenient to the metro station lines 4 and 10. The rooms are nice. My room was dark and completely silent. I slept very well.Breakfast is amazing. Lots of options for western and local foods. Lots and lots of food available and chefs can cook special items as well.All hotel employees were so friendly and helpful. A special thank you to assistant front office manager Aaron Chen, Marina and Leah Li in the dining room and Cui Jun Shu who cleaned our room.

    Mr.王河峰 helped me to recover my phone adapter which I had left in my hotel room after checking out. Additionally, he was very kind in serving me a free drink while waiting, as well as helping me to carry my luggage and calling a taxi.This high standard of service was also upheld by other hotel staff, such as the cleaners, who always greeted me warmly and ensured I had everything I needed.
