    We were in Beijing for 5 days and this hotel and location was perfect for our needs.BE AWARE… if you are arriving by air, DO NOT take a taxi from either airport to any hotel. They will rip you off, almost guaranteed. Our taxi driver from the airport tried to charge us 600Y for the airport-hotel ride and when I asked to see the meter, he reluctantly uncovered it and it said 175Y. He then said I had to pay him to get back to the airport which was not true. I downloaded the DiDi app. (like uber) and the cost going back was 80Y. Regarding the hotel, YES, it can use a few updates but for the time we were there and the actual amount of time spent in the room, it was perfect. The bed was big, clean and very comfortable. Shower was great and staff all pleasant. They do offer a breakfast but we did not take advantage. We thought the (roughly) $20 cost for 2 was a bit much considering all the options in that area. There is a subway about 5 minute walk away that will take you directly to the temple of heaven. We took a DiDi to the imperial palace and booked a tour to the Great Wall. Overall a great hotel and great location.

    Super convenient location, a bit outdated interior but spacious rooms

    Dated facilities inside but service is fine. We had a double bed and one single bed room for 3 and the room is large. Even larger is the bathroom that has a tub in the middle, a stall shower and there’s even a scale. Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion are all provided for, including tooth brush, comb and shower caps.They have no self service laundry and their laundry is the next day service. The gym looks clean and ok but it has no kettlebells which are what I need. You can book with or without breakfast and the buffet breakfast costs 98 RMB is definitely more expensive than getting a street snack. Location is super convenient for food and some high end shopping.

    Room is very spacious, clean & cozy. Hotel staffs are very helpful specially the staff in Concierge (Forgot his name). There are KFC, Seven-Eleven, Halal Restaurant and Wangfujing Street. Hotel is bit old.Breakfast option specially for Muslims are very limited.

    Pros- Good room size, comfortable bed with pillows, good locationCons- Dated rooms, WiFi didn’t work, not many food places close by needed to walk further out.Got to the hotel via subway, by back to airport we got a taxi which the hotel booked for us as it was a pain getting to the subway with our big bags

    Good and clean hotel. Staff is helpful. The hotel is clean but a little bit outdated and will benefit from maintenance. It made me feel like in 80's movie.
