Facility

Guests have a choice of 33 junior suites, 45 suites, 272 single rooms and 110 double rooms located in a 27-storey main building and several auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Amenities provided in the rooms include slippers and a daily paper. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy on-site basketball. For a fee, tennis is also available. A gym and aerobics or, for a fee, squash, are among the sport and leisure options available. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Two staff entries, two cash losses — hotel admits access but denies responsibility

    I stayed in room 1701 at Hilton Beijing from May 12 to May 18, 2026. On May 17 morning, I discovered 200 missing from my wallet. I assumed I had lost it myself and did not report it. That same day, the hotel later confirmed via security camera footage that staff entered my room twice while I was away – at 16:19 (duration 1 minute) and at 18:20 (duration 30 seconds). On May 18 morning, I discovered another 200 missing from my wallet. That is when I understood the first 200 was also stolen. Total loss: 400 USD. The hotel manager told my partner: "No cameras inside the room, so we cannot track what staff did — but they did not take the money." Hilton admits staff had access to my room twice on the same day, but refuses any responsibility. Two staff entries = two separate cash losses. Be very careful with your valuables if you stay here.

    Worst experience so far. After a long flight ✈️ from Bangalore, India 🇮🇳 to Beijing, China 🇨🇳 arrived at the hotel at 16.00 hours (Check in time was supposed to be 15.00 hours) the room was not ready till 17.30 hours 🥲🙃 Jim Sun, General Manager at Hilton Beijing, responded to this review We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience during your stay.     Not too bad, not too great, normal experience. An OLD design builsing, not too impressive. Service was below the expectation maybe because the expectation for a five stars hotel was too high.
