  The check-in process for smooth.The room size was okay.There was sufficient space in wardrobe and shelves to unpack the suitcase and keep the clothes.The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices but the menu was almost fixed. Our stay was for four nights and this fell far short of expectations.The most important part:The towels and bed linen was clean, white and crisp.The not so good parts:The doors are not sound proof.The bathroom wall / ceiling had mould on it.The lobby does not have proper seating area and seating. It is a big problem when waiting.Special mention: Ms. Mia Wang was extremely welcoming and helpful. She helped us on WeChat even when she was not on duty.   Old and dirty, stay away

  The hotel is old and dirty, the rooms and bathrooms are small but the main problem is the dust, we have scratched walls in the room and dust everywhere.   Not a bad hotel in a good location

  This is a simple of low end hotel, but for our six nights staying here it was enough for our needs. Definitely at the low end, there is not a lot of luxury here. The rooms don’t have a fridge. Breakfast was okay, but nothing outstanding. The location we found good.   Avoid this hotel while in Beijing!

  Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve had in any hotel. Nobody at front desk talks English, only through phone translator. My main problem was with the treatment of me, platinum elite IHG Member. First, they gave us the worst room with previously leaked ceiling, then after the rain and the new ceiling leakage, they forced us to relocate to the supposedly better room which turned out to be the worse room and not cleaned properly. Also, they promised help with luggage during the move and extra points, all in writing, but never lived up to their promises.   Wonderful Stay

  We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The hotel has strategic location of which you can find convenient stores including a 7-11, pharmacies, restaurants, etc nearby. There is a small shopping mall nearby where you can find a lot of restaurants inside and many local shop for groceries at the supermarket inside there. It's about 900m to the famous temple of heaven and the subway station named "Tian qiao" is located there also. You can take e-hailing DiDi to most of the tourism spots in the city at around RMB 17. We would like say a big thank you to Ms Alisa, a kind and helpful front desk officer who had helped us a lot in solving our problems. Well done, Alisa ! The breakfast is good (for me as an Asian) and has many varieties and they do change some of the dishes everyday. Generally, the hotel is not that new but its clean and we like the housekeeping auntie (forgot to ask the name) who is helpful and did the room cleaning for us everyday (managed to see her most of the time during our stay coz we went out late).
