    Great place to stay taking in consideration the quality of stay, location for convience & ammenities provided.Appreciate for the stay being properly planned by Aimee & IC club. It is great to see the immediate room category upgrades given and planned early check-in as per request from my email. In addition, the response given from the housekeeping team is prompt and responsive to fulfill my requests.It would be great if the hotel can improve the customer service being able to provide guests with more recommendations and information for: 1.Exclusive hotel perks for IHG members / ambassadors.2. Places of interest in the country which are usually asked by touristsAs feedback from my guests are negative on this portion which can be improved.For this value of the stay, it is highlighted to be costly even with the confirmable suite upgrade and ambassadors perks for 1 tier room upgrade when compared with the overall quality of stay and hotel perks given during the stay.

    This was the first time for me in this area, and I am very happy I chose this hotel. I had arranged for an airport transfer, although retrospectively I don't think it is worth that amount to pay. The staff was simply awesome, and my room was upgraded to a large junior suite. The breakfast buffet was jaw-dropping and had a full section of halal items. The club lounge was again such an awesome place. The spread of food was outstanding.

    Great Views, Great Room — Just a Touch More Warmth Needed

    My wife and I spent two nights at the InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun, and we both loved the view of the Beijing CBD from our room. The room design is well thought out, and the breakfast was impressive. Service was attentive and helpful, though it lacked a touch of genuine warmth — still, it was a pleasant stay overall.

    The hotel is very new and comfortable, located at the trendy shopping area. I stayed with my friend from Thailand during the Chinese New Year and we really enjoyed our stay - the team is EXCELLENT- full of passion and cared about every customers. I have used the Chinese restaurant and steak house - very good service, perfect staff. They came to us and talked to us, introduced us good places to visit and provided all assistance we need. The housekeeping also did a very impressive job - they even decorated our room for Chinese New Year and kept sending us little gift everyday - that made us very happy really. Thanks you for the SUPER NICE SERVICES and the whole team is REALLY AMAZING - best team in the whole universe. Thank you for taking care of my friend and me during our stay and we will be back certainly.

    My best stay at InterCon Sanlitun so far

    I had a short private stay with InterContinental Sanlitun at the end of a longer work visit to China, and it was one of my best stays with them so far. The start was not super-impressive, though. Although I arrived after the regular check-in time and had informed them about my arrival time in advance, the room was not ready upon arrival (the engineering team had to fix something in the room - but that can happen, of course). I also had to change quickly and head out again for a last business appointment, so I did not actually get to see the room until later at night. But while the room was not ready, the team in Club InterContinental took very good care of me, showed me where I could change for my appointment and took care of my luggage until I returned to the hotel.Upon my return the evening after check-in, I received a warm and genuine welcome in a junior suite that was very comfortable for my two-night stay. Amenities were excellent and service was flawless. In my mind, it is the ability to deal with situations that are not ideal - in a way that makes the guest still feel welcome and appreciated - that shows a hotel’s true dedication to hospitality. And they really delivered this time.The three best reasons for staying with InterContinental Sanlitun are their gym, their extensive breakfast and their Club InterContinental. The gym is large and well equipped, the breakfast is probably the best in Beijing (at least food-wise, they have potential for improvement in both organization and speaking English), and the views from and service in the Club lounge are extraordinary. Engineering left quite some plastic pellets around the room when they finished - but housekeeping did an outstanding job and left the room in great condition for the rest of the stay. Together with the Club representatives, housekeeping are my favourite staff at this hotel. While I return for the gym, my colleagues loved their pool. The location is also great. I am already looking forward to my next stay.
