    All round nice hotel

    Nice big room, bit dated but clean, big bathroom, bed very comfortable and you could choose pillows to suit your taste, lovely toiletries. Breakfast was good. It was part of our tour of China but I would return, like all the hotel on our tours we were a bit of a way out of the centre, there is a mall about 15 mins away where there Are lots of restaurants on the top floor and a supermarket.     Awful, avoid

    Book anywhere but here. Rooms smell AWFUL, front desk women pleasant but unable to perform simple request such as use of iron, man at desk couldnt even be bothered to look in our direction when the woman asked for help. Have to go to adjoining hotel for breakfast. no cafe on site. Location dreadful for sightseeing. 30kms from anywhere.     Very good environment and services. Worth the money and it was a perfect location for me to visit families living in close-by. The hotel is big so it has all the amenities you need. It is 30% cheaper than another close-by hotel in the area and the services are perfect for a family trip.     Top choice for business and travel trip

    Third time coming here for business . Excellent service, great food, and clean room with good view. Walking distance to the biggest shopping mall in the area with lots of options of food. Two floor gym with two swimming pools, one for swimming and one for hot spring with massage device. Good place for relaxing, loving it. The food is great, can’t complain about it. Front desk are really helpful, excellent service for sure. Overall, top choice for business and travel with family or friends.     Good hotel

    We were placed in this hotel by our tour company. The hotel was clean, and mostly comfortable. The bed was pretty hard and literally felt like we were sleeping on a wooden board (a bit of a shock the first night, but I guess my back got used to it the remainder of our stay there). The room didn’t have any decent sized drawers that you could put clothes in, so we left our socks, underwear, and kids clothing in our luggage. The bathroom didn’t have a bathtub, but the shower was pretty big and had both a large shower head and handle.The breakfast was excellent. It had both Asian and Western foods. I enjoyed a nice bowl of wonton soup and pork dumplings each morning.The main issue we had at this hotel was the lack of staff members who spoke English. I understand this is a Chinese hotel, but being in the hotel industry I’d expect them to at least understand the basic words (such as check-in, water, soap). There was only one woman at the front desk that spoke a decent amount of English (I believe her name was Leh), but sometimes I did have to repeat myself when asking her questions. When trying to check-in, the woman who didn’t understand a word of English first just stared at me, then ignored me.There is a supermarket about a block away called Carrefour. It’s in the basement of the mall, and is a little hard to find. You have to find the right escalator that will take you down to that floor, the elevators do not go to that floor.
