Great family hotel and fantastic location!

  23 Sept 2026

We had a family trip to Guangzhou and the 2 bedroom was quite nice for our family and perfectly fit our needs. It is a bit dated but still quite functional. The location is very central with plenty of malls and food outlets within walking distance and the staff was top notch!

  Wonderful 4-night stay

  19 Sept 2026

Wonderful 4-night stay — would definitely come back!My parents-in-law, my wife and I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with excellent amenities and everything we needed. Housekeeping was fantastic and very proactive — they even left us extra bottles of water without us having to ask.We also really appreciated the VPN-enabled Wi-Fi, which allowed us to access Google Play, the App Store, Instagram and other services. When my wife’s eSIM suddenly stopped working, the hotel Wi-Fi was a lifesaver and allowed us to troubleshoot the problem. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Evan, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was our first time in Guangzhou, and his recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants were incredibly helpful. He was always happy to assist and really made us feel well taken care of.The location is excellent too — very well connected to the subway and close to some of Guangzhou’s best malls, making it easy to get around. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back in Guangzhou. Fraser Suites will be our choice of accommodation again!

  A great stay in Guangzhou

  08 Aug 2026

A very centrally located hotel / service apartment right next to One Link Mall, which offered huge food selections. It is also right next to the MRT. Bedding was extremely comfortable. Wifi was strong and fast, and allowed google, facebook and youtube - a real game changer! Concierge and Reception staff were excellent. A special shoutout to Edward who helped me to buy medication on Meituan at 5am as I was feeling unwell. The medication arrived by 5.19am! The room had a well-equipped kitchenette, a washing machine / dryer. The Hotel provides washing detergent powder, everything has been thought of!The gym is good and there is also a ping pong table with bats and balls available for loan from the Reception Desk.Breakfast is decent. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends. A Good Stay Overall, but Service Fell Short This Time

  28 Jun 2026

I've stayed at Fraser Suites Guangzhou twice, and this has always been one of my preferred serviced apartments in Guangzhou because of its excellent location, spacious rooms, and comfortable facilities. The property is directly connected to the metro, surrounded by shopping malls and countless dining options, making it extremely convenient whether you're travelling for business or leisure. The two-bedroom suite is generously sized, well-equipped, and comes with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully furnished, and the washing machine and dryer are especially useful for longer stays. The overall condition of the room remains good, and the facilities continue to be one of the hotel's biggest strengths. However, I felt that the service standards have declined compared to my previous visit. The front desk staff appeared less warm and less willing to assist with requests. I had requested a high-floor room, but none was available. I also asked if the two-bedroom suite could be arranged with twin beds, but this was not possible. While I understand that availability may be limited, the interactions felt rather transactional, with little effort made to explore alternatives or offer solutions. The coffee machines in the residents' lounge were frequently full with residue during my stay and often went unattended for extended periods, which was disappointing for a property of this standard. The biggest letdown was the housekeeping on the last day of my stay. The room was cleaned rather carelessly—the blanket was simply pulled over without properly making the bed, and the bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. This was noticeably below the standard I had experienced during previous stay.Despite these shortcomings, Fraser Suites Guangzhou remains a property with many strengths. The spacious accommodation, excellent amenities, comfortable rooms, well-maintained facilities, and unbeatable location continue to make it a very good choice for visitors to Guangzhou. I do hope management will pay closer attention to service consistency and housekeeping standards, as these are what distinguish a good stay from an exceptional one. With improvements in these areas, I would happily return again.
