Excellent locatrion. Quiet for the central location. Literally in the middle of everything you need. Smallish room. But very well priced for the area. A little tired around the edges but not bad. Breakfast just ok. Wifi is patchy and slow. Management should fix this as this alone would make me not stay there

Unpleasant Dark & Stale smoke smelling hotel room

When we arrived staff were friendly and efficient & we were promptly escorted to our allocated room.As soon as we walked into our room the absolute overwhelming smell of stale smoke was disgusting, so strong and unbearable. The room was dark and gloomy, very disappointing.We headed back to reception to possibly request another room as the smell was actually making us feel unwell. Reception could only allocate us to a double room even though we had paid for an executive room. We found the language barrier was really quite difficult when trying to explain our situation, the staff did try to help as much as they could.We were really struggling with the smell in our room we were allocated, we made the decision to not stay and book a totally different hotel. So unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel at all.

Leeden is a mixed use property with hotel located on the north side. A convenient location next to 3rd line - the direct line from the airport and direct to the famous Guangzhou zoo with safari. The IFC and the opera is 10 minutes walk for the hotel. Pleased to have a great breakfast diversity with various local food options. Plenty of seating in the restaurant (located on floor 2).Our Executive room was not clean after check in but the hotel removed the dust in the closet and recleaned the bathroom while we were away and gift a small Red wine.The gym is big and located on floor 5 with access from other parts of the property.The executive room is quite spacious for two - it offers 35 sqm of space, some of it in the corridor. The bathroom has a shower and a separate tub. Plenty of air during night. The bed is very confortable. A firm 4-star experience.

Really comfortable option in central Guangzhou

My family of 4 totally enjoyed our stay, and we are so glad to have found this hotel as a base in Guangzhou. They have family suites that can fit 4 very comfortably.First of all, the location is excellent. It is within walking distance to the pavilion area. It’s also tucked away from the main roads, so it’s a fairly quiet location. It is also in the middle of town so getting to the main tourist sites and shopping areas around the city centre are just short rides away.Rooms are also stylish, well maintained and very comfortable. They are also spacious and well furnished, with fridge, bar, safe etc. Even the snack and non alcoholic drinks are complimentary, and refreshed daily. There was also a tub in our room.Hearty breakfast buffet was included in our room rate. Food quality is good with a hot food station and fairly decent spread of Chinese and some western pastries. If the option was available at a reasonable price, it’s worth including it with your room booking.Staff service quality is also satisfactory and attentive. We offered to tip the cleaning lady and she turned us down, which was pleasantly surprising. When we had some issues with our breakfast arrangements, it took a while but the reception eventually took it on themselves to resolve the issue for us.

No me dieron la habitación reservada y abonada

Acabo de entrar al hotel, pague por una habitación con dos camas Qeen size y me dieron una habitación con una cama king zise y encima es la habitación 701 y no llega la red wifi! Malísima la atención, espero que mañana me resuelvan este problema! I just entered the hotel, I paid for a room with two Queen size beds and they gave me a room with a king size bed and on top of that it is room 701 and the Wi-Fi network does not reach! Terrible attention, I hope that tomorrow they solve this problem for me!
