    Hotel was designed luxurious and its interiors.Room was clean and spotless too with a nice set up and comfortable bed.Fitness center was fully equipped,however dissapointed part was they have certain rules at the pool usage like must have a swimming cap.Instead of having some of it to let the in house guests borrowed it,they are selling it for 98 CNY,unacceptable! As a rated 5 star hotel and the facilities they have,this kind of small stuff must be provided to guests as they paid so much for their stay.Not a good stay and experience,but hence I only stayed here for a day and don’t want to come back.

    Very clean and nice hotel. About 40min from airport and 40min to downtown by car. Wifi is almost nonexistent, even though we had vpn, so we ended up having to use our own 4G. Room was very spacious and clean. We were on the 8th floor so not a bad view. Theres a closeby Lawson minimarket across the street. Difficult to communicate with reception as their English is not good. They keep handing the phone over to collegues. Ordered room service several times, although flavor was good, it wasnt always the correct food that got delivered to us. Trying to explain that to someone that doesnt understand english was a challenge. Overall a nice hotel but I would stay closer to downtown next time.

    Blown away by the Opulence of this Hotel

    Majestic lobby,friendly and professional staff,excellent food with a great variety of dishes for any palate,ala carte menu available if desired.My Room was spacious and quite lavish.Not what I previously encountered in Canada or the US.Not a thing was negative during my stay here in October.The outside grounds were impeccably kept.Would definitely come back.     Top Quality Hotel and staff

    This hotel is about as good as it gets in China. Modern, clean stunning rooms high quality finish to all facilities and extremely helpful staff. My son lives in Minhang district so this hotel was handy and whilst it is outside of the main sights of Shanghai it is ten minutes from a metro station or 30 by taxi. I cannot fault the hotels service, we checked in and went to our room and there was a slight issue with the air conditioning. One simple phone call to reception and a team of maintenance staff were attending our room in five minutes and apologetic as they thought they kept us waiting!! The breakfast is fantastic such a choice no one from anywhere could complain or be disappointed. The coffee is a highlight for me as a fussy coffee drinker!The amount and choice of food available is awesome. The whole hotel is run efficiently and there are a large number of staff who speak good English and will help sort taxis or anything you need. The rooms are quiet, cleaning staff are efficient and everything works to a high standard. I am rarely impressed by hotel service however the Crowne Plaza staff are an exceptional group of people who truly understand the needs of foreign guests. Highly recommend this hotel!
