    Hi!I've stayed at this hotel in February-March 2025.The room was better than in photos. Spacious, beaitiful, clean, with private bathroom and kitchen, private washing machine and drier, iron, etc. and a very good price.This year I booked another room for february but I didn't knew at the time that before Chinese New Year flights will be sold out and everything so crowded so... I couldn't make it to China. I had to cancel my booking that was for free but I had an issue because on booking.com they told me that I can cancel for free before 11.59 PM. It wasn't written that the hour was China hour and not mine so.... I surpassed the free cancellation with 2 or 3 hours.The hotel understood and accepted to cancel it for free.I will deffenetly go there next time too.

    Well located apartment hotel with English speaking staff. Comfortable rooms with washing machine and microwave in kitchen. Bathrooms are a bit dated and there is very poor water pressure on the higher floors. Wifi is very slow. There are perfumed deodorisers in the reception area that did not agree with me. Only a 5 min walk to pedestrian shopping street with numerous restaurants. A good stay!

    Bad experience with this hotel due to poor customer service. Attampted to reach out to the hotel for.assistance prior the trip via different channels but none available. When we finally managed to speak to them, they were not helpful, perhaps business was too good for them to bother short term stay requests.

    Location : Central and walking distance to shopping mall. Surrounded with restaurants and fast food. Room: I booked a one bedroom and a living room which come with fridge and washing machine+dryer. Very clean room.Breakfast : Rita working in restaurant is very friendly and attentive. It serves western and Chinese breakfast.Overall, very great experience so far and will come again

    Good location with easy access to metro & eatery. Room are clean with good facility (for those who wish to cook/ buy back to eat),spacious & bed are super comfortable . Staffs are very helpful esp Ms Rita and Front desk staffs ( guide me in getting around to the places i wish to go ). All these factors made my stay so wonderful. I would definitely revisit this hotel when i am in Sganghai and recommend to my friends.
