    We had a confirmed booking where we had clearly indicated the late arrival at midnight with a family of four (2 small children). Additionally we wrote LATE ARRIVAL in all caps into the booking notes.When we arrived after long travel, they told us our room was given to someone else and they're fully booked. No word of sympathy and the receptionist obviously had no empathy for our situation. She did not speak English either, so we had to communicate via Google Translator. She told us to walk around the block where we can try another hotel. That wasn't very easy at night with 2 children and 5 suitcases. We survived that night, but it was a horrible experience.
