  Consistently Excellent Stay with a Dependable Team

  Returning to Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai Hongqiao NECC reminds me why it continues to be my preferred accommodation when staying in Hongqiao. Assistant Front Office Manager Damien ensured that the team was well-informed and that all arrangements were communicated. His coordination allowed everything to proceed efficiently, which I appreciated given my schedule.The service team was equally dependable. Front Office Manager Nikki continues to lead with consistency and attentiveness to guests’ needs. Guest Service Manager Cyan went the extra mile when I accidentally left my phone behind. He located it promptly, contacted me and made arrangements for its safe return. Guest Service Manager Christian maintained a steady presence throughout the stay, helping to ensure that all guest-facing matters were handled with assurance. Jenny kindly assisted with a task at the front desk one evening, handling it patiently even though it required additional effort. Jack from the F&B team also stood out for remembering my breakfast preference each morning, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience.Although two team members, Mark and Vicky, are now with another Hilton property, I remain grateful for their prior support. Mark once facilitated an efficient check-out during one of my visits, and the small gift he gave me at the time left a thoughtful impression as I was preparing to leave the hotel. Vicky always made sure water was prepared in advance, something I appreciated as someone who values staying hydrated. Under General Manager Christine’s leadership, the team continues to uphold a guest-focused standard of excellence in hospitality. I look forward to returning when I next visit Hongqiao.

They were welcoming, efficient, and went above and beyond to help locate my missing parcels.They responded with patience and assisted with contacting the courier team to ensure that the parcels were redelivered back to the hotel.   I spent a couple of days in the Hilton Garden Inn due to exhibition visit. The rooms are clean and provide enough space. The location is not far away from the exhibition center. The staff is more than kindly. Particularly I like to give a big thank to Vicky at the front desk. She helped me a lot my entire stay in the hotel. Thank you Vicky. Overall I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a good price quality balance.

  I love this hotel being very convenient to the eating mall. The breakfast buffet is good and the hotel room is good. The reception counter is very friendly to help me to book a cab when we don’t know how to get to a place. There is a washing machine and dryer to help me to wash all the clothes.

  COMFORTABLE STAY AT HILTON GARDEN INN

  I'm glad I chose this hotel for one night transit from Pudong as I had to visit Yiwu the next day. I chose to be closer to Hongqiao bullet train station, instead of staying close to the Pudong airport. The hotel lives up to Hilton standard, receptionist was warm and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are nice, up to standard. Breakfast was good. I purposely chose this hotel as it was only 15 minutes to Hongqiao bullet train station. My flight was late at night and it took 40 minute to arrive at the hotel. So I get to rest peacefully until it was time to leave for Yiwu. There's a mini market & Starbucks within walking distance.
