What was intended to be a simple one-night family getaway at the end of January turned into an unexpected three-month stay (Room 2561) following a family member’s accidental fall while playing ping-pong.While a long-term medical recovery is never easy, the staff here turned a challenging situation into a story of warmth and professional excellence.Exceptional Care and CompassionFrom the moment the accident happened, the Front Office Manager and the entire team stepped up. They went above and beyond by arranging an extra bed so I could stay and care for my family member comfortably. Every time we crossed paths, staff members offered genuine greetings and checked on my family's recovery progress.A special shout-out to Leo, who provided invaluable assistance by helping us install and set up a wheelchair and walker. The team also handled the constant arrival of express-delivered medicines and supplies with seamless efficiency.Professional HousekeepingThe Housekeeping team deserves immense praise. For three months, they maintained our room with the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Beyond their technical skills, their emotional intelligence was what moved us most—they often shared kind, encouraging words with my recovering family member, which truly lifted our spirits.Culinary Excellence and Heartfelt ServiceThe Food & Beverage team was nothing short of extraordinary.Breakfast: Every morning, the chefs were incredibly accommodating, preparing custom-packed breakfasts and fulfilling specific requests for freshly cooked noodles, wontons, and blanched greens without a moment's delay.Food Quality: My family was extremely satisfied with the meals. The food was consistently fresh, made-to-order (no pre-packaged/prepared meals), and featured a varied daily menu. The quality control here is outstanding.Executive Lounge: I want to specifically thank the two staff members in the Executive Lounge. Every afternoon, they proactively sent me the menu and were incredibly responsive to every request.Final ThoughtsAs a long-time Platinum, Diamond, and Ambassador member across multiple hotel brands, and having spent five years working in the hospitality industry myself, I can say with confidence that this hotel’s service is truly exceptional. The warmth and humanity my family and I experienced here went far beyond "cold" SOPs or mere professional standards. Every staff member we encountered shared their heart, delivering genuine care and love that made all the difference. I truly salute this team for their dedication.There are likely many others behind the scenes whose names I missed, but please know that your hard work did not go unnoticed.   Overall the hotel is very nice！The nearby environment is still good, Qingxi Old Street is about 10 minutes by taxi, and underground parking is available at the hotel and parking is also easy!The rooms are large in size and each room has a balcony! You can relax from the balcony watching the view in the distance. The room is well equipped with equipment such as LCD TV, mini fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom was clean and tidy, the hot water supply was stable and the toiletries were of good quality. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest.The breakfast was very generous, the egg rolls and noodles were good! There are plenty of other options as well. The opening hours are also long, from 6:30 to 10:30 in the morning.Swimming pool: open to 10 pm., the attitude of the gym’s staff is very good, the water of swimming pool is also clean. The sauna can also be used free of charge, and reservations are required in advance~The service of the staff is very enthusiastic, all the staff will want to say hello to you and offer to help~Very excellent hotel and I will be back for a long stay.
