    The executive lounge was excellent & food is really nice, during my stay period the most memorable part was executive lounge's manage Vanessa’s friendly & hospitality . She greeted us with a smile & helpful support throughout our stay, patiently answered every question, and truly made us stay here like a home

    This check-in experience was very good. Special thanks to the service staff Krystal! Because we are foreign tourists, we are not familiar with the environment and transportation of Shanghai, and we have encountered many problems during this period, but she is very enthusiastic and patient to assist us, and also provides a lot of practical advice, which makes the journey much more secure.Krystal's service attitude is kind and professional, always smiling, making people feel full of warmth and care.     Racism,Discrimination & additional room Deposit payment

    The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The food was okay. What disappointed me most was being asked to pay an additional room deposit of 1200 before checking inn, on top of the accommodation fee, for "damages" while other 8 guests in my group ( non black) did not seem to be asked for the same, even though our travel arrangements were planned and handled by the same travel agent. When I requested clarification, the explanation given was vague and unconvincing. This left me feeling uncomfortable and wondering whether I was being treated differently unfairly. It was also not clearly explained when or how the deposit would be refunded.Another major downside was the internet connection, which was extremely poor. If you are staying here for work or need reliable access, you may need your own independent internet connection.Overall, the hotel has a lovely appearance, but the handling of the deposit situation and poor internet service negatively affected my experience.

    I came several times at the Hilton Hongqiao hotel. I am very satisfied with the quality of this hotel. Rooms (well arranged), staff (available and kind), breakfast (amazing), lunch and diner (multiple choices and very good). Everything is much appreciated. This time, I met Sylvie from the front desk and she was so helpful regarding our various requests. She speaks English and also French which was perfect. Thank you very much. I can only recommend warmly this hotel for your stay.

    Nice hotel all in all with excellent breakfast and spacious suite if you pay extra money for it. The executive lounge is on the third floor. The food choices are limited for the happy hours but the afternoon tea has some fruits, figure foods and a few soft drinks. Be very careful if you take a friend there for the tea and they may charge you for the guest drinking one tea bag earl gray which costed me 57 yuan equivalent to usd 8
