    Peace and Quiet outside the city centre

    A fairly new hotel. Very clean and extremely helpful staff – including the robots. The shops nearby in the same building structure were still being fitted out so we had to order food from a takeaway. The food was delivered to us in our room by a robot – a first for us. The robot phoned us to say it was outside our room door!The breakfast area was great very bright with large windows. And lots of choices The local underground station was only five minutes’ walk away. So, it was a good quiet location in what was essentially an office block type of location. Given how cheap public transport is in Shanghai, the quietness of the location suited us down to the round. Very few windows in the room , but we don't spend much time in the room apart for sleeping. More than happy to stop here again.

    Good front desk service with clean room

    This hotel is quite new, the room is very nice and clean. Front desk service is excellent, especially the staff Bella, she is very nice. During the check in, there has some issue and she did well on the damage control as well as the corrective action. In fact I want to give 5 star, full mark, but why deduct 1 star is due to breakfast. Breakfast is no good, food is cold and not presentable. You can see from the photo how stream egg look like
