    I am starting this review with what is not included:In my room - No fridge,No tea or coffeeNo English language TV channel, not one,No dressing gown,Insufficient soap for washing,In the hotel -We went for dinner in the restaurant. We were offered a menu with 5 items. Three were unavailable. We ordered the remaining two. After waiting half an hour we enquired. Where were our meals. No meals. There has not been an English speaker at reception during our two night stay. This is an international hotel chain. The stand is simply inadequate.     Nice for shower singing

    Shower has excellent acoustics so try singing in there. I sounded like an operatic Disney princess. Also there was enough space to put two suit cases. The breakfast included yoghurt, cornflakes and cocopops. There are eateries 100m away.     I checked in the hotel in the afternoon.To my surprise, the room was ready, and the fruit plate was in the room as wellAlthough the hotel is not one of the newer ones. Still they were able to maintain it well.And they even provided an air purifier in the room.The staff was friendly,and helpful at the counter.The only downside was the lounge, they have closed the lounge, and replaced the happy hour in the main restaurant. One can understand due to Coronavirus things were slow.Still it would be good, at least you can provide either cold drinks, or at least some ice.     This is definitely a wonderful hotel located in the central of Hongqiao Area. The hotel provide shuttle service to the airport which is super convenient for our business traveller. Room is great and service is nice. I love their lounge, and view inside. Food during the happy hour is great and they change the menu frequently. Overall this is a good hotel for business travellers.
