    + Big room. + Daily cleaning service. + Enough light. Suitable dimmable light-control.+ 2 free bottles of water daily.++ Good level of English.++ Good choice for breakfast.++ Excellent service.- Dirty carpet (old stains). - A crack and slightly peeling plaster on the ceiling in the shape of a cross (D=20cm).- Long-time usage stains on the bath wall.-- Problems with the toilet flush system.-- Periodically repeating quiet sound (every 20-30 sec) from the air conditioning system similar to whistling snoring from the next room. Global problem.--Renovation required!

    The restaurant should just give up and close. It's dreadful. The staff know nothing of customer service. My main course wasn't as described and most of the desserts weren't available. Then I got a call asking how I'd like to pay for my "dinner". We agreed that it would be added to the bill and paid for when I check out (like every other hotel I've ever stayed at). I asked the concierge if there were any other restaurants near by and I had to abandon the conversation as it was too difficult to communicate using the translation app. Only stay here if you have very low expectations of good and customer service, and can speak Mandarin.

    Our company booked this hotel and I stayed 7 nights there. Well, we use to be in this hotel often, this time it wasn't a pleasant stay. The room is old, the amenities lack, the service is not great. Breakfast is the only thing that didn't change in past 2 years (it's a good thing)

    The hotel is jaded, rooms are not tiny, but adequately comfortable. The best thing I liked was that they did not skimp on the heating.It's high time, and the Government in ShangHai has passed a law that hotels do not offer disposable toiletries. Hence, carry your own toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit etc. I have been doing this for the past few years. In case of request, however, they do offer disposable toiletries.The location was very convenient for my work.The housekeeping service is polite, and thoughtful.There is a convenience store just beside the hotel and assorted Chinese eateries just behind the hotel.The biggest drawback during my trip (December 2019) was that they were renovating their "dining room", and hence, we were given packed breakfast which was not too palatable. Hence, it's suggested to call the hotel before booking. Apart from this let down, the stay was comfortable.
