    Truly Customer Caring Hotel

    Really caring hotel staffs is the first impression when I visited a year back, and it still stays true. The hotel is located in Zhongsan Middle Road and behind the property is Wallmart and a couple of shopping malls, which gives immense options to roam around. There is a street market behind the hotel, which is explored by many locals for different types of street food. There is a decent spread for the breakfast menu, though most things are Chinese cuisines. For Vegetarians and Vegans this could be tough, but there are some limited options available. Dinner is same and do check for the happy hours. Gym and Sauna are well maintained at the hotel. Thank you Ruby at the restaurant, Edison & Frank at the front desk who made my stay easier.

    I stayed here for 7 days in Aug. The hotel's location is old Songjiang. I choose this hotel because it is close to the factory i am working. The staff at the hotel is really friendly, helpful. Stayed in a very clean room,Bathrooms and showers were great, this is importantly for me, the showers were hot and the water pressure was good. Breakfast is SoSo.     Comfortable and convenient

    After joining a new company with factories in various global locations, international travel is back on my agenda. This hotel is on our preferred stay list, so had 5 nights here whilst visiting our factory. Arriving very late, check-in was nice and speedy. Deluxe room on the 17th floor was spacious and well appointed. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows, good working space too. Air conditioning was noisy and didn't really do much as whatever setting it was on, the room just got warmer and warmer. Eating here was ok, nice breakfast and good choice of global dishes on offer. Elevators can be busy but only to be expected.

    Great Location for Street Food

    1st time travelled to Shanghai for business visit here in Songjiang.Good locatuon access to Starbucks Coffee at Walmart, FamilyMart store.2 mins walk to KFC and McDonald fast food.Walking down further, there is a street by the name of Miaoqian St. Here you will find many outlets selling street food.I stayed in a deluxe king room for a week. The room amenities are good. Traveller from abroad like me find it convenient.Laundry is very efficient so far. Electrical outlet sockets in the room cater for all varieties of plug system from all over the world.The downside of the hotel 1. Internet speed are slow and access to google and other international websites are limited.2. The hotel air conditioner require improvement as turning it on running at lower temperature but the room is still hot. Needs to rely on a portable cooler fan and open the window to chill the room. Spoke to the reception and they could only offer a portable fan.     Large rooms, breathtaking view and great food

    Stayed at he hotel for a week. The entrance is beautiful and service ok. The view is awesome as you overlook Shanghai.
