    I stay in Hotel Indigo Jing ‘An and it turns out as the best stay experience! Ms Alice from the front desk was very very attentive and i know that she is doing her best while assisting us during check in. She guided me as we need to do check in-out as we are heading out to hangzhou, and she also got my room upgraded which i appreciated so much! Lobby was spacious, close to every other area, facilities are good too. Definitely will come back and good choice to stay!

    Nice rooms. Great breakfast Pool closed. Roof top restaurant closed. Location is a modern part of shanghai with shopping centers . Better for business than tourism. Most Front desk Staff doesn't speak English .     They should consider temporarily closing and waiting for their staff to recovery before opening their doors.

    Businesses across Shanghai have been hit by the sudden Covid surge. We stayed at another IHG hotel in Shanghai and they were under staffed but making it work. Hotel Indigo seems to have been hit much harder as there are hardly any staff. A real ghost hotel. They would be better off closing down for a few days.
