    Shorten club lounge access times

    Ac was hot and kept switching to heating when we left the room but was fixed after 2 days. The short operating times of the club lounge should be advised and informed as part of the room rate and also upon booking. Although be booked a room with club access the club was only opened from 3pm. If you are ein Shanghai for business and booked the room intending to use the lounge for work/business, it is closed most of the workingg hours! And there is no information on these timings on the app or anywhere else upon booking

    The Last Time Stay

    We have stayed in this hotel every year while visiting family. Every staff member we ever meet is absolutely amazing. Their helpfulness and professionalism are top notch. But the temperature in the rooms is at uncomfortably warm 24 degrees of Celsius which is equivalent to 75 °F. The worst part is the high temperature is set and can’t be adjusted on the thermostat. The staff had window unbolted and opened, the temperature was lowered to 72° but the noise from outside was constant and blackout curtains had to stay partially open. On top of jet legs, the warm temperature and noise kept me and my husband up all night during our 5-night stay. Since I had expected this issue in this particular hotel after staying there almost every year, we checked out earlier than usual and moved to nearby newly opened Hilton Hampton. I finally had a full night 10 hours of sleep the first night there after 5 sleepless nights at Hyatt Regency Wujiaochang. We had reported this issue before, and I have lost confidence that this issue will be ever resolved in the hotel.

    Wow - not even close to a luxury hotel due to poor service

    1. Room Temperature:The AC could not maintain a comfortable temperature, and ineffective communication regarding adjustments worsened the situation.2. Smoke Odor: Despite multiple calls, there was no immediate action taken to address the issue of smoke smell, which impacted the stay.3. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast buffet offered food that appeared to be leftovers, lacking freshness and timely replenishment, which failed to meet expectations.4. All of this made worse by the hotels lack of action and response to asking for a discount due to the two days of not getting the temperature adjusted. They admitted they can't get the room cooled and offered an upgrade upon next stay - REALLY

    Our favorite Hyatt of all time

    The staff were going above and beyond for any challenge. My daughter has serious allergies and the chef in the club offered to cook a dish especially to make sure my daughter would be safe. This made for our favorite hotel of all time. We are loyal Hyatt customers and continue to stay at Hyatts even though our daughter gets congested with dog dander. This trip, the staff had her bedding especially treated before we arrived and it was the first time she did not need to take Zyrtec AND did not experience congestion. While we have stayed at many other Hyatts in Shanghai and San Francisco, this is our first time at Hyatt Regency Wujiaochang. This hotel is our absolute favorite and we will be staying here every time we visit Shanghai. Thank you so much!

    Convenient location to be close to family, delicious breakfast buffet and excellent facility. We will be back again when we visit families in Shanghai in the future.
