    The hotel is modern all the rooms are well fitted Front desk staff are very helpful with limited English The are the hotel is in is not great roadworks make it s bit tricky to find Would recommend for a stop over in Pudong

    Receptionists English is very very poor. I made the booking through another reliable website. Somehow they didn't get any booking even though i have the confirmation. Receptionist were totally useless. We had to check in with the walk in prices, which are triple of the original booking, and the other company will be refunding the difference. Rooms are ok for the web price but not worth the walk in price.

    Hotel was all newly fitted out. Good decor throughout, extra large shower. No fridge in room and no lift to first or second floor. Location was ok close to subway and 2k walk to century ave. and the apple store. Worth going to.
