    One of the best stays for me personally in all of Asia and Europe. Due to the outstanding warmth and hospitality of Reception (Ms. Ying, Ms. Judy, Ms. Linda and Ms. Laura). I extended twice as a result of the distinguished service of this Reception Team and due as well to Ms. Hanna from Housekeeping on my floor.

    ☘️🌈This was our first trip to Shanghai, and we chose to stay at Modena by Fraser Putuo Shanghai. We arrived early in the morning (around 9:00 AM) and noticed that there was some renovation work happening in front of the hotel.When we went to check in, a female staff member (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) informed us that we had arrived before the standard check-in time. However, she kindly offered us early check-in with a small additional fee, which we were happy to pay.The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. We stayed in a family room for four people, and it had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located close to Metro Line 7, and there are 24-hour convenience stores, Starbucks, Hey Tea, and even a shopping mall right next to the hotel — extremely convenient!The housekeeping was neat and thorough. Although there were some minor communication challenges, all the staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Vicky, who assisted us in arranging a late check-out until 2:00 PM at no extra cost since our flight was scheduled in the evening.We truly appreciated the warm and thoughtful service, and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again in the future. 🤍🌈

    The two story apartment with kitchenette was excellent. Service was great and the neighborhood was clean and safe. Walking distance to the metro station. In the neighborhood there was a mall with a food court and numerous cafes. The only downside was the wifi. It really didn't work on my phone and I was glad that I purchased the mobile data.

    As a luxurious experience consultant, I recently evaluated Modena by Fraser Putuo Shanghai, which promises a refreshing perspective on urban living. The property, featuring 370 loft residences, aims to capture the cosmopolitan essence of Shanghai with its design. Situated in Zhenru City, this skyrise offers access to the city's attractions and historical sites, setting expectations for a sophisticated stay.The apartment I stayed in was well-equipped, featuring a kitchen and contemporary decor. While the layout was commendable, the ambience did not deliver the experience one might expect. The decor felt somewhat dated, and some areas required maintenance. Although the property offers eco-friendly features, there were noticeable gaps in cleanliness, detracting from the intended feel.The in-house dining options, including a cafe serving Continental breakfast, were convenient but lacked the quality and service one would anticipate from a high-end establishment.     The service is most excellent!

    Returning after Covid restriction and noticed the staff are pleasantly all familiar faces. I was a little under the weather, the house keeper (Wang xiaoqin) went out of her way to make sure I am ok by checking up on me several times a day. She left extra water and supplies and offered do the laundry. All this left me a warm and homely feeling. Renaissance is across the street, but I always choose to stay with this service apartment everytime I am in Shanghai.
