    I would like to highlight the excellent Housekeeping service , as long stayers we have service daily and we really appreciate the attention to the details from the Housekeeping team and specially Ken Mary ruby.I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

    This is our second stay within a year. Because it is so convenient that it felt like a home.great bed ample storage space.comfortable good size living rooms .staff is friendly and happy .most of them are well spoken English. Also we can contact them through wechat .the response is promptly. Local market is across the road .you can shop groceries and amenities in very reasonable price .buffet breakfast is medicore. However it is nice a quiet and cleaned 👌 😌 👍. Would highly recommended for family stay .

    I always stay at Oakwood whenever I visit Shanghai! This hotel is right on top of a shopping center so that theater and supermarket are so close by! The hotel it self is well maintained, managed by the best general manager Jimmy. Jimmy is a wonderful person who takes his guests seriously! Someone whom you can count on that will solve all your needs and works out solutions! Under Jimmy’s management, all other staff are awesome as well! I would love to thank Susie, made my staying so much nicer and enjoyable! Love the gym, top line TechnoGym! Comfy mattress! Will definitely come back!     Oakwood shanghai is a lovely serviced apartment with access to breakfast and. 24h gym. Their service is great and the atmosphere is lovely. They are cursed by an awkward location as it is central in the city, but still far to get into the parts you want to go. Would recommend staying here for business and long term. This is so especially during peak hours where many are unable to get a taxi in the central area or simply to avoid the crowd during the festive seasons. Our residence is located only about 10 minutes’ drive to Jing’An Temple and Jing’An district. We are close to 2 subway stations: Caoyang Road Station (700m away, about 10 minutes walking distance) with line service number 3, 4, and 11. The other station is Wuning Road Station (1100m away, about 10-15 minutes’ walk distance) with line service number 13. Indeed, it really depends on where you need to go in a big city like Shanghai.     The management team and staff are very welcoming and warm. The room is clean and the place is located well in centre of the district. Fantastic wifi speed, best I have experienced. I should not forget to mention the nice comfortable bed too!
