    Overall the best hotel in Shanghai. The front desk very friendly especially Nika and Allan. Very kind and helpful. We even got compliment room upgrade for our wedding anniversary. The executive lounge was nice, simple dinner served and the food and wine was delicious. They even help me to find my missing parcel with a speedy action which is a thumb up for their Service.
